 You can now undo the two 7mm...  You can now undo the two 7mm allen bolts holding the caliper on. The pads will then come out |  Remove the caliper carrier...  Remove the caliper carrier by undoing two 21mm bolts. This then frees the rotor, which should be removed |  Fit the 11.3" (288mm) front...  Fit the 11.3" (288mm) front rotor, again noting the L or R side stamped on the face. Secure the rotor with a wheel nut while you refit the carrier |  Push back the caliper piston...  Push back the caliper piston with a different tool (the front one doesn't need to be turned and pushed) but check the brake fluid level. If the fluid was topped up when the pads were worn, pushing back the pistons will cause the fluid to overflow |  The spring clip on the back...  The spring clip on the back of one of the front brake pads fits inside the caliper piston |  The other pad fits inside...  The other pad fits inside the carrier |  With the pads installed, bolt...  With the pads installed, bolt the caliper to the carrier and replace the spring clip to hold the pads in place. Then connect the pad wear sensor | | |
