SWAY BARS
H&R sway bars are cold-formed and heat-treated with forged seamless bar ends for durability. The diameters are bigger than stock - 32mm in the front compared to the stock 31mm, and 20mm rear compared to 16mm. In addition, they're adjustable for driver preferences. We set our bars to the softer setting to avoid too much oversteer. The front bar retails for $329, while the rear is $269.
REAR
To remove the rear bar, the exhaust has to be loosened. In our case, we were already changing the exhaust, so it was removed completely (see below). Then, locate and remove the two sway bar bushings secured by four 13mm bolts. Then disconnect the 16mm bolts connecting the sway bar end-links.
