With the engine cold, start by draining the radiator fluid. Locate the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator on the driver's side. Unscrew it and drain the coolant into a pan |  Now loosen the coolant reservoir....  Now loosen the coolant reservoir. Start by removing the bleed screw |  Remove the coolant reservoir...  Remove the coolant reservoir fluid level sensor at the bottom. While you're at it, continue removing the lower radiator pipe underneath. The factory clamps are one-time use so break them with a screwdriver and replace them with reusable clamps from any auto store |  The other end of the lower...  The other end of the lower radiator pipe attaches to the thermostat housing. If you plan to remove the housing as well, loosen the clamps on the housing and remove the lower hose. You can then remove the upper radiator hose on the other side as well |  On the driver's side of the...  On the driver's side of the radiator, finish by removing the small hose on top, as well as the upper radiator hose beneath it, and the bolts on each side of the fan shroud, and remove the shroud. With our new unit installed, the shroud tabs are the only parts that didn't fit perfectly because of the thickness of the end tanks.
