Sometimes stuff happens and I end up screwing up. In the December '03 issue I wrote that an orange Mk II with a 1.8T swap won Best Of Show at the Treffen '03 show. In reality, the recipient of the Best Of Show title was a maroon Mk II turbo VR6 owned by Scott Mason. But that doesn't explain why all of these pictures are of Corrados. The story behind that is there was a complaint by someone on VWVortex.com that we hadn't posted our Treffen '03 coverage on our Web site yet. As soon as I read that thread, I headed to our Web guy and beat him with sticks until he put up a couple images. Just to piss off all non-Corrado owners, however, we decided to only post pictures of Corrados--after all, Treffen '03 was also the Corrado Rush where 101 Corrados were driven, pushed, and sometimes kicked into a parkinglot for a picture and to set a record of the most Corrados gathered in one place at sone time.
