Although the bulk of the show and race season has passed, there might be a final hoorah in your neighborhood before the year comes to an end. For the East Coast, many of you will be returning to Ocean City, MD for H2O International. Elsewhere in the US, Dubfest will be a prime event to attend in California, while Pacific Waterland in Oregon wraps up the calendar in the Northwest.
If you're looking for coverage from an event you attended, we probably have photos on our website at www.eurotuner.com You'll find extended galleries for SoCal Euro GTG, Wüstefest, Leavenworth Drive, Waterfest and more.
If you're organizing an event, remember to email the appropriate information to eurotuner@sorc.com so you can get on our calendar. It takes about three months for your listing to appear in the mag, so plan ahead (although the online list is updated weekly).
For any new car clubs out there, we'd like to hear more about you. So send your details to the same email address.

August
Just before we hit September, welcome back Pacific Waterland on August 30. The event brings together the Pacific Northwest's best VW and Audi owners to Woodburn Dragstrip in Oregon. You can drag race all day, enter the car show or do both at a reasonable price. There's also a swap meet and burn-out contest.
Eurotuner GP
Now is your last chance. It's time to put up or shut up! If you're a tuner, here's your chance to prove your worth and compete against fellow Euros for the '09 etGP crown. Your car will be challenged on the dyno, drag strip and road course until you can't take anymore. Once again, Continental Tire presents this year's event. So what are you waiting for? To apply for inclusion, e-mail etgtp@sorc.comSeptember
It's one of the longest standing European car shows in California, and Dubfest returns to Toyota Speedway at Irwindale on September 9. It's the last stop for the Cali community and is known to draw the finest show cars on the West Coast. Not just about a show, the motorsport setting allows for an all-day autocross as well, so don't miss it!
On September 19, head for the border as the first Old West GTG takes place in Morelia, Mexico. Organized by Westside Mexico, cars are expected to unite from all corners of Mexico including Mexico City, Morelos, Queretaro and Toluca. We look forward to bringing you exclusive coverage from Mexico's VW/Audi scene.
Finally in September, the most raved about VW/Audi weekend is back on the 26-27. Yes, H2O International returns with plenty of cruising, partying and shenanigans. Not to mention a car show with over 1000 cars and rows of vendors. H2Oi has it all. If you haven't visited Ocean City, MD on this weekend, you can't call yourself a VAG enthusiast!
